L’Amarillo® est un houblon aromatique américain très recherché pour son profil vif d’agrumes et son bouquet floral. Il développe des notes d’orange douce, de pamplemousse et de fruits tropicaux, complétées par de légères nuances herbacées et épicées.
Avec une teneur modérée en acides alpha et une amertume douce, l’Amarillo® est un houblon polyvalent, idéal en whirlpool et en dry hopping, mais aussi adapté à l’équilibrage en fin d’ébullition. Il s’intègre parfaitement dans de nombreux styles, notamment IPA, Pale Ale, Hazy IPA, Blonde Ale et autres bières houblonnées où l’on recherche un aromatique expressif et élégant.
