Le houblon Dolcita™ en pellets (Yakima Chief Hops) est une variété récente de la Hop Breeding Company (HBC 1019) au profil très expressif et “gourmand”, mêlant fruits à noyau et fruits tropicaux avec des notes sucrées de pêche/anneaux de pêche, ananas caramélisé, orange/tangerine, melon et une touche coco/crémeuse selon le procédé ; il est particulièrement pertinent en whirlpool et en dry hop pour des bières modernes comme Hazy IPA, IPA, Pale Ale ou bières fruitées, lorsque l’objectif est une aromatique intense, juteuse et ronde.
