Le houblon Elani™ en pellets (T90) Crosby est un houblon aromatique “new-school” (anciennement YQH-1320) au profil propre et lumineux, marqué par des notes d’orange douce, de citron Meyer et de fruits tropicaux subtils, avec un caractère peu herbacé et une expression équilibrée idéale en whirlpool et en dry hop pour des lagers modernes, pale ales et IPAs session ; il se prête très bien aux assemblages fruités et apporte de la vivacité sans durcir l’amertume.
